Our Procedures
For our existing customers only, follow these simple guidelines - then feel free to contact us if need be. Be sure that the administrator or person assigned has not made any changes to settings - if so, be sure all settings are restored.

Ensure that you keep all settings, usernames, passwords and access codes in a safe, secure place where you can easily refer to them if need be.

If you are getting error messages, please take a note of what your were doing that produced the message and what the message was. This assists our technicians to diagnose a problem much more quickly and easily.
